For eco solvent printer, the first thing to pay attention to is the working environment temperature. The ideal operating temperature range is 15-30 degrees Celsius. In a high-temperature environment, the printer may cause problems such as ink flying and linting due to overheating, and may even cause damage to the control card and circuit problems. To prevent these situations from happening, it is recommended to install a fan or air conditioner to lower the indoor temperature and keep it between 15-30 degrees Celsius.
In addition, you also need to pay attention to anti-static and anti-drying ink. In a dry environment, you can increase indoor humidity by sprinkling water on the ground, and install a grounding wire for the machine to prevent static electricity problems. In addition, avoid connecting too many devices to the same power strip, especially printers and computers. Special power strips should be used. When not in use for a long time, it is recommended to turn off the power and moisturize to lower the temperature.

The internal and external hygiene of the equipment should be cleaned every week, especially key parts such as the machine head and guide rails.
